Confidential Opportunity — Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Expected Annual Compensation: $240,000–$300,000
NO WEEKENDS — Monday through Friday Schedule
An established, high-volume automotive dealership in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an exceptional Finance & Insurance Manager to join a highly productive finance department.
This is a rare opportunity in automotive retail: top-level F&I income without giving up your weekends.
If you are an experienced F&I producer who is tired of working Saturdays, Sundays, late weekends, and the traditional dealership schedule, this opportunity deserves a serious look.
The Opportunity
This position offers:
- Expected annual compensation of $240,000–$300,000
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No Saturdays
- No Sundays
- Substantial and consistent deal flow
- Established lender relationships
- Broad finance-product opportunities
- A structured and transparent deal-assignment process
- An established, successful dealership
The compensation range is based on the actual production opportunity within the department—not a theoretical “up to” number.
We are looking for someone who already understands F&I and wants an opportunity where earning a serious income does not require sacrificing every weekend.
Who We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level finance position, and we are not looking for someone who simply processes paperwork and presents a menu.
We are looking for a proven producer who knows how to maximize every opportunity while maintaining excellent customer experience, compliance, and deal accuracy.
Our business includes a significant volume of commercial and business-use vehicle transactions in addition to traditional retail customers.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working with business owners, contractors, fleet customers, cash buyers, outside-finance customers, and traditional financed transactions.
Performance Expectations
The ideal candidate will have a documented history of strong F&I performance, including:
- Consistently strong product PVR
- Strong service-contract and ancillary-product penetration
- Ability to convert cash and outside-finance customers
- Excellent menu presentation and closing skills
- Ability to build product value rather than relying primarily on discounting
- Strong understanding of lender programs and deal structure
- Excellent paperwork and compliance standards
- Low chargeback and cancellation performance
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- Professional communication with both consumers and business owners
Commercial-vehicle or business-purpose lending experience is preferred but is not required for an exceptional candidate.
A Different Automotive Schedule
We recognize that many successful F&I professionals have spent years sacrificing weekends in order to earn at a high level.
You do not have to do that here.
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule. The dealership is closed weekends.
That means:
Your Saturdays are yours.
Your Sundays are yours.
Your weekends are predictable.
And the earning opportunity remains approximately $240,000–$300,000 annually for a proven producer.
For an experienced finance professional with a family, children, outside interests, or simply the desire to have a life outside the dealership, this is an unusually strong opportunity.
Compensation
Expected Annual Compensation: $240,000–$300,000
Compensation is production-driven and designed for a high-performing F&I professional.
Candidates who are already earning strong six-figure incomes are encouraged to apply.
We are specifically interested in experienced producers who may not currently be looking for another job but would consider the right combination of income, opportunity, and quality of life.
Confidential Search
This search is being conducted confidentially.
Applications and conversations will be handled with discretion. Currently employed candidates are encouraged to inquire and can expect confidentiality throughout the process.
Application Requirements
Applicants should provide a résumé outlining their automotive F&I experience.
Qualified candidates should be prepared during the interview process to discuss verifiable production history, including:
- Average monthly deal count
- Product PVR
- Finance reserve PVR
- Service-contract penetration
- GAP and ancillary-product penetration
- Finance penetration
- Cash/outside-finance mix
- Historical annual compensation
We are looking for a proven producer—not someone looking for their first opportunity in finance.
If you have consistently performed at a high level and would like to earn $240,000–$300,000 without working weekends, we would like to have a confidential conversation with you.
