Sales & Lease Professional – Putnam CDJRK

What You’ll Do

Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
Walk customers through the buying and leasing process from start to finish
Take test drives, explain features, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile
Keep up with dealership goals — CSI, Training, Go Books, First LOF, Tours, Mailers
Follow up with your customers and build relationships that bring them back

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and a friendly personality — people who genuinely enjoy helping others
Great communication and listening skills
A team player who’s dependable and eager to learn
Full-time availability (some evenings and weekends)
Sales or automotive experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
