We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to lead our dealership’s customer engagement and sales support operations. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of outbound and inbound sales strategies, manage a team of sales support specialists, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle sales process. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and high-end automotive sales will drive growth, enhance our sales pipeline, and elevate the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the BDC team to maximize outbound sales efforts through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales pipelines by leveraging CRM software to track prospects, monitor progress, and optimize outreach campaigns.
Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure inventory management aligns with customer demand and marketing initiatives.
Engage in high-end automotive sales activities including upselling, negotiation, and closing deals with B2B clients as well as retail customers.
Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with potential buyers, answer inquiries promptly, and support customer service excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, inventory control, and CRM utilization to enhance team performance.
Support marketing efforts by participating in public speaking events or promotional activities that showcase dealership offerings.

Qualifications in an automotive We are seeking a high-energy, experienced BDC/Internet Manager to lead our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for maximizing dealership revenue and converting inbound/outbound leads into showroom appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Monitor and optimize internet leads, phone calls, and CRM activity.
Performance Tracking: Set daily/weekly quotas and track performance metrics (appointment set/show/sold ratios).
Professional: Ensure fast, professional, and consistent responses to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement phone scripts and email templates to improve contact rates and appointment conversion.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers to align BDC activities with dealership sales goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BDC/Internet Manager or Assistant Manager dealership.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and internet lead management tools.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
