Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for handling all incoming internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling all internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).
Must be very organized, having the ability to monitor all sales leads and maintain detailed customer files and sales reports.
Must be enthusiastic about the vehicle inventory and very knowledgeable of the product details.
Excellent communicator and a team player, who gets along with fellow sales associates.
Manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner.
Answers customer questions on product inventory, helping people find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles.
Understands the needs of a diverse client base and is able to adapt the approach accordingly
Sets and meets sales goals, helping the dealership to remain profitable.
Willing to work non-traditional hours to get the job done.
May also be required to work holidays

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience
Prior internet sales experience
Valid driver’s license in the state and a safe driving record
Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Able to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service
Able to be a self-starter and work independently
Bilingual is a plus
Automotive experience a PLUS
Professional appearance and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
