Job Summary

We’re a busy independent used car dealership looking to add to the team. We have steady traffic, active leads, and the ability to get deals done.

This is a hands-on sales role where your energy, integrity, and ability to connect with people directly impact your income. You’ll work customers from first contact to delivery—building relationships, closing deals, and creating repeat business.

What You’ll Do

Work inbound leads and showroom traffic daily
Engage customers in person, by phone, and online
Demonstrate vehicles and clearly explain features/benefits
Follow up consistently (calls, texts, CRM) to move deals forward
Negotiate and structure deals that work for the customer and the dealership
Maintain organized notes and pipeline in CRM
Help keep inventory front-line ready for showings and test drives
Offer warranties, service contracts, and add-ons when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
High energy with integrity
Passion for helping people and the ability to genuinely connect with customers
Coachable and able to follow direction with consistency
Comfortable networking and generating your own opportunities
Strong communication and follow-up habits

We can teach the process. We can’t teach effort.

Pay

Commission-based (no cap on income)
Most team members earn $40,000–$80,000, with top performers exceeding this range
