Auto Body Estimator – Sons Collision Centers (Brick, NJ)

Sons Collision Centers is a fast-growing MSO with multiple locations across Northern and Central New Jersey, including Wyckoff, Garwood, Cranford, Green Brook, Sayreville, and Brick. We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our Brick location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC (Mitchell experience is a strong plus)
Document all estimates in accordance with company guidelines and DRP partner requirements
Communicate with customers to understand concerns and ensure an excellent repair experience
Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and insurance partners throughout the repair process

Qualifications:

Prior auto body estimating experience required
Strong multitasking skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Experience with DRP insurance work strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
