The Pre-Owned Sales Manager fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, establishing performance standards, and a keen awareness of each department's break-even data. In this competitive business, the Sales Manager will promote and drive results while creating a positive working environment.

Qualifications for Pre-Owned / Used Car Sales Manager:

Our next Automotive Sales Manager must have previous automotive leadership experience to be considered for this role.

Strong trade appraisal skills.
Auction Access Preferred
Reynolds, First Look, and ACV auction experience preferred.
MS Office knowledge; and computer software,
Internet proficiency a MUST!
Ability to merchandise cars online and on the property Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi task.
Excellent critical thinking ability.
Steady work and performance history.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team.
