Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for automobiles, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing their vehicles.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to close sales successfully.
Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Upsell additional products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Maintain an organized inventory management system to ensure accurate vehicle availability.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Proficient in CRM software for effective sales management and tracking.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and management.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette for outbound calls.
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately as part of the sales process.
