Summary

Ring Bros. Wholesale is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for food—especially within the produce or culinary space. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting our sales team and helping drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

Answer inbound calls, process orders, resolve customer concerns, and provide day-to-day support for customers
Deliver high-level product knowledge via phone, email, and chat to help customers improve margins and menu offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts
Support the Sales team with lead generation, marketing materials, reports, and price lists
Generate new business through in-person visits, referrals, and networking

Office Support

Assist with invoicing, credits, and customer communications
Support accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed

Qualifications

5+ years culinary and/or produce industry experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, some Saturdays required
