Washington Ford is one of the largest volume new and used vehicle sales operations in the area, and is looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented, and professional automotive Used Car Sales Manager. Minimum of 5 years (recent or current) Automotive management is required.

Washington Ford is Washington's oldest area Ford dealer, under the same name and ownership since 1983. Team members and their customers enjoy a new, modern showroom with wireless internet connectivity and state of the art computer systems at each desk. Each of 3 F&I offices feature docuPAD, an interactive tool to aid in menu presentation and document processing. It is a tabletop device used to present finance and insurance options. Documents are easy to read on a large, high-definition screen. This system allows the F&I Manager to engage customers with videos and interactive presentations, empowering them to select products and payment options. Each office also has its own dedicated forms printer and laser printer.

Effective advertising, long-term management, and the ability to sell out of our sister store's equally large new and pre-owned inventory round out the list of reasons why Washington Ford is considered one of the best dealerships to work for. Among the previously listed benefits, we also offer a demonstrator allowance to Sales Managers.

We were among the top Ford Certified Pre-Owned dealers in the nation and maintain one of the largest CPO inventories in the country. We have a total of over 500 total vehicles in inventory on our lot and ready for immediate sale at the time of this posting.

This FULL TIME position offers a pension plan, 401K with profit-sharing, health insurance, and up to 3 weeks paid vacation.
