The Role

As a Service Advisor your core responsibilities will include:

Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level
Ensure all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established guidelines.
Ensuring high customer experience
Maintain compliance with quality standards
Capacity to lead and coach others
Teammate, customer and vendor communication skills

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic goals while contributing to daily operations and long-term initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

At least two years of advisor experience, preferably within an import dealership service operations in the automotive industry.
Proven ability to engage, mentor, and coach a high performing team and drive results.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide work direction to a team of technicians and staff.
Strong time-management, multitasking and problem solving skills.
Strong process orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
