Your Role as a Service Advisor

You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:

Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

Have prior service writing experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
Are customer-focused, professional, and results-driven
Can multitask in a high-volume service department
Communicate clearly and confidently
Are dependable, organized, and motivated by performance-based earnings

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
