Job Description: As a Subaru Salesperson at Bert Smith Subaru, you will play a key role in creating a positive car-buying experience for our customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing the purchase. Your goal will be to understand each customer’s needs and match them with the perfect Subaru vehicle, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and present the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles.
Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to answer questions.
Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, models, and industry trends.
Process paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales preferred but not required; training pay available.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
