We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to handle cash transactions, and have a strong understanding of retail math.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle for their needs
- Conduct test drives with customers
- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers
- Process customer paperwork and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the delivery driver
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
