In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing exceptional guest services to customers and visitors. Duties

Safely move vehicles around the lot, including parking, retrieving, and staging cars for customers or service departments
Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional customer service
Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by removing debris, washing vehicles as needed, and ensuring a tidy appearance
Monitor parking areas to ensure proper vehicle placement and adherence to parking protocols
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damage or safety issues and report findings promptly
Support dealership staff with delivery driver responsibilities, including transporting vehicles between locations or to external destinations using manual transmission vehicles
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest inquiries efficiently

Experience

Previous experience in dealership operations, retail automotive environment, or hospitality industry preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are advantageous)
Experience handling cash or retail math is beneficial for supporting cashiering duties during guest interactions
Proven ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist guests confidently
