Job Summary

Responsibilities

Supervise daily shop activities, ensuring timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate schedules for technicians, prioritizing work orders to maximize productivity.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the shop environment.
Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, including ordering replacements as needed.
Train and mentor team members on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters.
Implement and enforce safety protocols related to vehicle handling, tool usage, and shop procedures.

Skills
