Rockland Hyundai has an opening for a experienced Automotive BDC Telemarketing Agent. High earnings potential.

The successful candidate:

Must operate at a high level
Must be able to manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email, phone, and text in a professional manner
Must be able to make a high volume of outbound sales calls
Understands the psychology of Internet customer and uses the appropriate methods to draw them into the store
Sets appointments with the customer, greets them upon their arrival including introducing a sales associate ensuring a smooth handoff
Works with sales managers providing lease and financing details
Performs intense follow up
Documents all conversations with customers in the CRM

Full time position

Saturdays and alternate Sundays required. One weekday off

Attendance and punctuality is a must

Salary plus commission
