Position Summary

Joe Holland Chevrolet, Inc. is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Center / Marketing Manager to oversee our customer acquisition strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and Business Development Center (BDC) operations. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and providing an exceptional customer experience across both retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive sales, digital marketing, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase market share and drive revenue
Plan and implement campaigns for new and existing product lines
Manage digital advertising spend and targeted campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create and oversee promotional events and marketing initiatives
Manage and grow social media presence
Oversee online reputation management and customer reviews

Business Development Center (BDC) Leadership

Oversee daily operations of the Business Development Center
Manage all internet leads and customer inquiries across digital channels
Ensure timely follow-up and appointment setting for sales and service departments
Drive growth of internet sales and service business
Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and develop Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Provide ongoing coaching through call monitoring and performance reviews
Analyze team performance and implement improvement strategies
Prepare and review individual and team performance reports
Foster a high-energy, results-driven team environment

Operations & Collaboration

Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Identify target customers based on marketing initiatives and buying patterns
Collaborate with sales, service, and dealership leadership teams
Participate in dealership management meetings
Maintain strong knowledge of automotive products and competitive offerings

Qualifications

Preferred

Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, and/or dealership marketing leadership
Strong understanding of dealership CRM and DMS systems
Proven success in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
Experience recruiting, training, and managing high-performing teams

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads, and multiple priorities
High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Full-time, on-site availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Reliable and predictable attendance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily based in the Business Development Center with regular interaction across dealership departments
Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout dealership facilities
Occasional lifting and transport of marketing or audio/visual equipment
Continuous communication with customers and staff
