Your Role

As Sales Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the Cadillac sales department and drive performance through strong leadership, coaching, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the Cadillac sales team to achieve sales and gross profit goals
Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales professionals
Driving customer satisfaction and luxury client experience standards
Monitoring and improving sales performance metrics and KPIs
Implementing effective sales processes and CRM strategies
Partnering with leadership to execute growth strategies

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in developing people and delivering performance.

Qualified candidates will have:

Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or GSM
A track record of driving sales volume and profitability
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with CRM and dealership management systems

Luxury brand experience is a plus, but leadership and performance matter most.

Compensation

$120,000 – $270,000+ per year

Top-performing managers consistently earn $200,000+ annually with uncapped earning potential.
