Job Title: Service Advisor / Service Writer (Domestic Brand Experience)

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a New Car Dealership setting (Required).
Brand Knowledge: Previous experience with domestic brands (Ford, Chevy, CJDR, etc.) is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with DMS systems (like Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK) and digital multi-point inspections.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable advice for customers.
Drive: A "make it happen" attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales and satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians.
Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information and service requests.
Provide accurate repair estimates and maintain constant communication regarding vehicle status.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on manufacturer recalls and bulletins.
