As we continue to scale, we are building a structured, high-performing Internet Sales Department—and we are looking for the right leader to take ownership of it.

Position Overview
The BDC Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our Internet Sales Department from the ground up. This role is ideal for a driven leader who understands lead conversion, accountability, and process—and who wants to create a department that consistently produces appointments, show rates, and sales.

You will have the autonomy to implement systems, train a team, and directly impact dealership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the dealership’s BDC/Internet Sales Department
Develop and enforce processes for lead handling, response times, and follow-up
Manage all inbound internet leads (third-party, website, social, etc.)
Train, coach, and hold BDC representatives accountable to daily KPIs
Monitor and improve appointment set, show, and sold ratios
Ensure fast, professional, and consistent communication across all channels (calls, texts, email)
Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth handoff and deal conversion
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
Continuously improve scripts, templates, and workflows to increase conversion

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
