We are currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic full-time Technician/Advisor (TA) to join our growing team.

Job Description: The role of our TA is to help ensure smooth daily operations by doing vehicle maintenance, assisting the manager with customer service, maintaining shop cleanliness and doing whatever else the shop needs to improve its productivity. This role bridges the gap between technicians and service advisors, providing both technical and customer support.

Back-of-House Duties

Perform technician duties up to your skill level
Conduct vehicle inspections
Keep bays, restrooms, and storage areas clean and organized
Manage oil waste, trash, and recycling
Maintain and restock shop supplies and consumables
Help with parts organization, core returns, and deliveries

Front-of-House Duties

Greet customers and assist with check-ins and check-outs
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist during peak hours
Help with customer questions and ensure comfortable waiting areas
Support Service Managers with overflow tasks such as printing ROs or contacting customers
