Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current customers by guiding them through the vehicle selection process using thoughtful questions, active listening, and a customer-focused approach
Continuously expand and apply knowledge of vehicle inventory, available packages, and emerging automotive technologies
Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations tailored to each customer’s needs
Maintain consistent communication with customers to build long-term loyalty and generate repeat and referral business
Effectively address customer concerns and navigate a variety of sales scenarios to enhance appointment quality and overall experience
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and track monthly and quarterly goals, coordinate events, monitor reviews, and evaluate personal performance
Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Evenings and Weekends Mandatory
Fast learner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
