Overview

Concentric Security official is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Service Repair Estimator to support our service division by preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating service recommendations, and ensuring timely communication with customers and technicians. This role combines technical understanding with strong administrative and problem-solving skills to help keep service operations efficient, responsive, and profitable. The successful candidate will bring experience in estimating, service coordination, or construction-related support, along with exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive cost quotes and estimates for customers requiring the repair of physical security equipment

- Consult with customers & service technicians to develop a detailed Scope of Work

- Collaborate with Purchasing Coordinator to develop project parts lists

- Communicate with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure timely execution of work

- Coordinate with Project Manager to confirm that work performed matches the Scope of Work

- Participate in project meetings and companywide inventories

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. . Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
