Weelborg Chevrolet of New Ulm is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive continued growth in both new and used vehicle sales.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals
Oversee new and used vehicle operations, inventory, and profitability
Collaborate with leadership to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and uphold dealership standards
Manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of automotive sales experience
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Domestic vehicle experience preferred
Proven track record of driving sales and leading successful teams
