This is a Full-Time onsite job position at our headquarters in New Hope, MN within our Appcore division. You may be asked to assist in other divisions as time allows.

Key Responsibilities:

Printing and preparing vehicle deal folders from our remote Appcore representatives
Review vehicle deals for accuracy and completeness which may include the following:
- Verify Gap/Service Contract costs
- Confirm dealer spiffs and down payments
- Verify titling fees and paperwork
- Communicate with Finance Managers on any missing paperwork
Data Entry: Entering information into computer systems and verifying accuracy
Booking Appcore deals once the lender funds it:
- Enter FI Reserves/Rate Participations and lender fees
- Calculate Lot Fee and F & I commissions
Send deals to Payables Clerk for posting/finalization

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (scanners, printers)
Organization: High attention to detail and ability to maintain, organize, and update files
Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
Sought After Experience: Dealership billing/office experience and/or CDK

We have several divisions involved in after-market automotive products and installations (Automotive Concepts), repairs and used car sales (Drive Appeal), and financing (Appcore). This job opening is for a fast-paced on-site position at our corporate office located in New Hope, MN. Desired hours for candidates are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm but we can offer some flexibility. Starting wage is $20.00/hour, possibly more based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
