Job Summary:
As a Meineke Car Care Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service center. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:
Champion a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members prioritize and deliver outstanding service.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, fostering positive customer experiences.
Repair Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with technicians to plan and organize repair projects efficiently.
Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Parts Procurement and Inventory Management:
Oversee the ordering and procurement of necessary parts and materials for repairs.
Maintain an organized and efficient inventory system to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize downtime.
Technician Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automotive technicians, promoting a culture of skill development and excellence.
Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring that each technician is contributing to the overall success of the service center.
Vehicle Cycle Time Improvement:
Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of repair processes and reduce vehicle cycle time.
Identify and address bottlenecks in the workflow to optimize the overall repair timeline.
Operational Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Meineke's operational standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
Conduct regular assessments to guarantee that all aspects of the service center meet or exceed quality and safety requirements.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
ASE Certification Preferred

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service management.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability.
Customer-focused with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Meineke's brand and commitment to upholding its reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
