You MUST possess a positive attitude, dependability, and exceptional detail-orientated skills. The Service Advisor is responsible for creating compelling, long-term customer relationships, consulting with customers on service needs, meeting monthly sales goals, performing a thorough vehicle walk around inspection and ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Benefit Package Includes:

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Must have previous Service Advisor experience.
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Excellent problem solver.
Ability to multi-task and superb organizational skills.
Precise follow-up skills and detail-orientated.
Valid driver's license.
Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, including Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
