General Manager | Premier Automotive Dealership

One of the region's top-performing dealerships is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our operation to the next level. If you have the drive, vision, and experience to take the helm of a high-volume dealership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead all core dealership departments — new and pre-owned sales, service, parts, and F&I — with a sharp focus on performance and profitability
Build and execute the strategies and management tools needed to deliver consistent, sustainable results
Inspire and develop a winning team culture where employees thrive and perform at their best
Elevate our dealership's brand and reputation within the community
Collaborate with and support our broader automotive group leadership team

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of auto dealership management experience
Proven leadership ability with strong organizational skills
Hands-on proficiency with DMS systems
Deep understanding of automaker financial statements and how to leverage them for operational success
Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local dealership regulations

Pay: $700,000.00 - $99,884,306.00 per year
