Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. Your expertise in automotive maintenance and repair will help guide customers in making informed decisions regarding their vehicles.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services required, including oil changes, shocks and struts replacement, and general vehicle maintenance.
Write service orders and accurately document customer concerns and recommended repairs.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Stay informed about new automotive technologies and repair techniques to provide the best advice to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Rotating Saturdays required

Experience

CDK
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is highly desirable.
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services based on customer needs.
Experience with service writing and handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, including oil changes and other routine services.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
CDK & X-Time CRM Usage a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
