The Role: Why We Need You

Fix Auto Carbondale is a high-volume shop where "good enough" doesn't cut it. We’re looking for a Parts Manager who has more than just a clean desk—we need a parts hunter. You’ll be the backbone of our repair process, managing the flow for both our Insurance DRP lines and our Internal Dealership Recon.

In NEPA, we know that time is money and a car sitting on a rack waiting for a clip is a car that isn't making anyone a paycheck. If you know how to talk to vendors, squeeze a price, and keep the techs moving, we want you here.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Version)

Wholesale Recon Mastery: You need to know the "tricks of the trade" to source quality parts at wholesale prices that keep our recon profit margins healthy. We’re looking for someone with a deep Rolodex of local and national vendors who can find the "deal" without sacrificing the "quality."
DRP Speed & Compliance: You’ll be managing parts for our insurance partners. This means you know the "CCC ONE" dance inside and out. You understand how to handle electronic parts ordering, price matching, and supplemental documentation so we don't get hung up on audits.
Mirror Matching & Check-In: No one likes a "wrong part" delay. You’ll be physically inspecting every box that comes off the truck, mirror-matching parts to the damaged ones immediately, and getting them into the hands of the techs yesterday.
Returns & Credits: You’ll manage the return loop like a hawk. If a part isn't right, it goes back immediately and the credit is tracked. No "lost" money sitting in the corner of the shop.

What You Bring to the Table

NEPA Grit: You’re from here (or you get us). You’re reliable, you show up when the snow is flying, and you speak the language of a body shop.
Software Savvy: Advanced experience with CCC ONE (mandatory) and PartsTrader/Audatex.
Procurement Strategy: You don’t just order from the first person who picks up the phone. You understand OEM vs. Aftermarket vs. LKQ and know when to use each to satisfy the DRP while maximizing the shop’s bottom line.
Organization: You can manage a parts room that looks like a library but moves like a pit crew.
