We're looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure a world-class buying experience for every customer.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
Coordinate thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage the sales process of your sales team from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, including contracts and financing options.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; automotive industry experience is a requirement.
Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership abilities with the confidence to present information and motivate effectively.
Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and basic sales management principles.
Ability to conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
