Qualified candidates must possess:

Previous experience as an Automotive General Manager at a franchised dealership (Ford experience is a plus)
A proven and verifiable track record of success
Strong ability to recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
