About the Role

We are a locally owned, high-performing automotive repair shop in Goshen, Indiana, seeking a Service Manager with a disciplined, analytical approach to leadership. You’ll be responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations, upholding consistent processes, and ensuring quality service and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily shop operations, ensuring consistent procedures and standards
Monitor performance metrics, financial reports, and workflow efficiency to identify improvements
Coordinate scheduling, parts, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure accurate information and timely updates
Train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable to established processes and goals
Report directly to ownership with clear, data-driven updates and recommendations

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar operational leadership role
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and enforcing standards
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment
