Overview
We are seeking a Highly Assertive, Motivated and Dynamic person to join the Rick Weaver sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry. Your goal will be to connect customers with the right vehicles while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads.
Utilize sales management techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Up sell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s buying experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proven experience in retail sales or outbound sales environments, preferably within the automotive industry, is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to up sell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding purchasing experience.

5-day work week, limited nights, Volume Bonuses and Paid Bi-weekly.
