Must have at least 5 years of relatable experience managing a high volume shop or multiple shops. Independent or National Chain experience preferred.

C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. Job Duties:

Team Leader.
Responsible for shop goals.
Shop Morale.
Greet clients and maintain showroom.
Schedule appointments.
Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
Review digital inspections.

Requirements:

Automotive Experience.
Detail oriented.
Valid drivers license.
Sales Experience.
Organized.
Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Manage client experience from beginning to end.
