Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

What You'll Do

As our Service Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the front of the shop while creating an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and support our service advisors and technicians
Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery
Manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency and productivity
Build accurate estimates and communicate repairs clearly
Monitor key performance indicators and help achieve shop goals
Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture
Ensure every customer leaves confident in their experience

What We're Looking For

5+ years of automotive service management or advisor leadership experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent customer communication
Proven ability to manage workflow and increase productivity
Comfortable with estimating, scheduling, and shop management software
High integrity and professionalism
Positive attitude with a solutions-first mindset
Valid driver's license

ASE certifications or prior independent repair shop experience are a plus but not required.
