Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
Conduct high-end passenger car sales by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle options
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
Negotiate deal terms effectively, closing deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor throughout the sales process
Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership offerings and participating in public speaking events or community outreach programs
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance

Experience

Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile sales processes
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are highly valued)
Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closing within a dealership setting or similar environment
Familiarity with CRM software and public speaking techniques to effectively engage customers and support marketing efforts
Previous roles involving inventory management, retail math, or organizational skills that support efficient dealership operations
Sales team management experience or leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results is a plus
Knowledge of automotive industry standards, including passenger car specifications, upselling techniques, and customer relationship management systems

Pay: $29,400.00 - $60,870.39 per year
