What You’ll Do:

Set and hit sales volume and gross profit targets with your team
Lead training, marketing, and advertising efforts that energize sales
Work hands-on with sales staff and customers to make deals happen with transparency
Create and maintain an energized, positive, and productive work culture
Build and nurture strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
