We are seeking an experienced Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our BMW & Triumph motorcycle dealership. This position is ideal for a seasoned advisor who understands dealership operations, delivers premium customer service, and can confidently manage a fast-paced service department.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
Accurately write and manage repair orders from intake to delivery
Clearly explain maintenance, repairs, estimates, and timelines
Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and parts department
Ensure warranty and manufacturer requirements are properly documented
Upsell recommended maintenance and service work ethically and effectively
Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards

Required Qualifications:

Previous service advisor/writer experience required (motorcycle, powersports, or automotive dealership)
Valid motorcycle endorsement/license required
Strong understanding of service department processes
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to handle high customer volume and multitask efficiently
Computer and dealer management system experience preferred
Valid driver’s license

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
