Sales Manager Job Description

Looking for a sales person that loves people. If you make friends quickly, and are a people person with sales experience you are encouraged to apply. We are looking for that person that everyone likes to talk to. Someone that establishes report withing the first 3 minutes of the conversation. Skills:

-Proven track record in sales is a must.
-Outgoing personality/Extrovert
-Ability to determine the best product or service to recommend to a customer then present and close the sale.
Must be able to effectively manage a team, and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven success in a sales. Not just running a cash register but actively selling additional procucts and services. Car Sales people, advertising sales, windows and doors, ect.
- Ability to manage a crew and maintain quality standards on services offered
-Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
