We are looking to expand our growing sales department dealership dedicated to providing top-quality vehicles and exceptional service while focusing on the customer experience as the number one priority. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help customers find their perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers
Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently
Maintain a strong knowledge of the dealership’s inventory
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
