Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and recommending appropriate services
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose issues
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficiency in conducting vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Experience in auto estimating and familiarity with automotive sales processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
