As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in Albuquerque, NM.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage daily service department operations (shop & field service).
Schedule and dispatch technicians for repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Serve as the main point of contact for service-related customer concerns.
Train, and develop service staff to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor service productivity, technician performance, and job profitability.
Manage service workflows: work orders, estimates, parts coordination, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with sales, rental, and parts departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Prior leadership or management experience in a service-related environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (diesel, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
Proficiency with scheduling, work order, and reporting software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing heavy equipment or construction equipment service teams.
Familiarity with manufacturers like Bobcat, Kubota, CASE, or similar.
Technical certifications or vocational training in equipment repair or maintenance.
