We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences within the automotive industry. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the automotive sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the dealership’s market share in passenger car sales and B2B automotive solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and ongoing customer engagement.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Conduct negotiations with clients, utilizing advanced B2B sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
Manage inventory control and support inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels for high-end vehicle offerings.
Utilize CRM software and other CRM-supported tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Engage in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, public speaking at promotional events, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Facilitate financing options for customers by collaborating with lenders and explaining automotive financing solutions clearly.
Support the sales team with product knowledge training, inventory updates, and customer relationship building initiatives.

Experience

Proven track record in automotive industry sales with extensive experience in passenger car or high-end vehicle sales.
Demonstrated success in managing a retail or dealership sales team within a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in outside sales, B2B negotiations, deal closing, and upselling techniques.
Experience with CRM systems (such as CRM software supported by the dealership) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Skilled in public speaking, client communication, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management practices, retail math, and organizational skills essential for achieving sales targets.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
