We are looking for a motivated Automotive Salesperson who knows how to communicate with customers, follow up consistently, and close deals while maintaining the high level of customer service our dealership is known for.

What You’ll Do

Work with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
Schedule appointments and maintain consistent customer follow-up
Understand each customer's needs, budget, and vehicle preferences
Present vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives
Explain vehicle history, pricing, financing options, and available protection products
Work with management and finance to structure and close deals
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
Follow up with unsold customers and previously generated leads
Build relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals, and positive customer reviews
Maintain strong knowledge of our current inventory
Represent SNB AUTO GROUP professionally and honestly throughout the entire sales process

Is comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
Understands that consistent follow-up is a major part of automotive sales
Can confidently ask for the appointment and ask for the sale
Is organized and capable of managing multiple customers and leads
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual, and professional
Is willing to learn our inventory, financing process, and sales system
Understands that customer experience and dealership reputation matter

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider a strong salesperson from another industry with the right attitude and work ethic.

Bilingual candidates are welcome.

Compensation

$60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential. This is a commission-based sales position.

Compensation is performance-driven and depends on individual sales results. We are looking for someone who wants to sell cars, build a customer base, and earn accordingly.
