Job Overview

At Bridgewater Chevrolet, we are redefining automotive sales. We are not looking for the typical salesperson who waits for walk-in traffic or third-party leads. We are building a high-performance team of consultants who create genuine relationships, build trust, grow their own referral-based business — and do whatever it takes, ethically, to hit the level of success most people only talk about.

What We Value

We hire and develop people who embody:

Honest — transparency, integrity, always doing right by the customer.
Humble — coachable, team-first, willing to grow.
Hungry — self-driven, motivated, committed to ambitious goals.
Smart (Emotionally) — high EQ, great listeners, caring communicators.

And one more standard — the one that separates the top of our team from the middle of everyone else's:

Whatever It Takes, Ethically — We work tirelessly. Some days that's 8 hours. Some days it's 10 when the moment calls for it. We want people who are willing to do whatever it takes — ethically, every single time — to get the job done and grow for the future.

Our mission: Consult Trust Relationship, built on passionate fundamentals, relentless effort, and continuous personal growth.

What “Whatever It Takes, Ethically” Actually Means Here

Let's be clear about what we mean — and what we don't.

It means:

Staying late to deliver the car the right way, not the fast way.
Coming in early to prepare for the appointment nobody else prepared for.
Making the extra call, sending the extra video, following up when the rest of the market has already given up.
Owning your outcomes — the wins and the misses — without excuses.
Choosing the harder right over the easier wrong, every single time.

It does NOT mean:

Burning out or celebrating exhaustion for its own sake.
Skipping personal development, family, or health. Sunday is closed. We protect it.
Bending disclosures, timelines, or numbers to “get a deal done.”
Selling a customer a vehicle, product, or payment that isn't right for them.
Treating hours worked as a substitute for results delivered.

Anyone can be busy. We want people who are productive, present, and relentless with the time they invest — and who never, ever compromise their integrity to hit a number.

Who Thrives Here

You'll excel in this role if you:

Love building connections and helping people solve real problems.
Prefer creating opportunity rather than waiting for it.
Are competitive in a healthy way and enjoy hitting big goals.
Are willing to put in 8, 10, 12, or 14 hours on the days that matter — and smart enough to protect the days that recharge you.
Want a career that rewards effort, consistency, integrity, and personal development.
Believe long-term relationships and ethical business practices are how you win at the highest level — not obstacles to it.

You will NOT thrive here if you:

Are looking for a punch-the-clock job.
Think “whatever it takes” is code for cutting corners.
Blame the market, the leads, the inventory, or the customer when things go sideways.
Aren't willing to be coached, corrected, and challenged every single week.
