WE SELL CARS. WE HAVE FUN. WE'RE BUILDING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

CREW VOLKSWAGEN | PLAINVILLE, CT

$60,000–$90,000 a year | 3 Weeks Vacation | Real Benefits | Zero Corporate Nonsense

Already selling cars? Good. Keep reading.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught what a trade-in is. We're looking for someone who knows the car business, enjoys the action, and might be wondering if there's a better place to spend their next 5, 10, or 15 years.

Spoiler alert: There is.

Welcome to Crew Volkswagen.

We're a locally owned, high-energy Volkswagen dealership in Plainville, CT, and we're doing things a little differently.

Our owner is here. Every. Single. Day.

Not hiding behind a corporate office. Not managing the dealership from a beach house. He's on the showroom floor, shaking hands, working deals, meeting customers, making decisions, and occasionally stirring the pot.

We move fast. We laugh a lot. We work hard. And we genuinely like the people we work with.

We have fun with our advertising. We make videos. We get involved in the community. We try new things. We celebrate wins. We encourage personalities, not robots.

We don't want 15 salespeople standing around waiting for an up. We want a tight, talented Crew of professionals who take pride in what they do and actually enjoy coming to work.

HERE'S WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

$60,000–$90,000 annual earning opportunity
THREE WEEKS of paid vacation to start. Yes, three.
Matching 401(k). Your future matters.
An incredible health insurance plan. We invest in our people.
Direct access to ownership. Have an idea? A problem? A deal that needs attention? Walk over and talk to the guy whose name is on the building.
A fresh, growing dealership with the energy and ambition to do something special.
A workplace where your personality is an asset, not something you have to leave in the parking lot.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANT:

You know how to sell cars. You know how to follow up. You know that customers buy from people they like and trust.

You're competitive without being a jerk.

You can take a joke, make a joke, and still get serious when it's time to close a deal.

You want to make money, but you also want to enjoy the 40-plus hours a week you spend earning it.

And maybe, just maybe, you're tired of working somewhere that treats good salespeople like they're replaceable.

We get it. We've been in this business a long time, too.

ONE MORE THING.

We're not promising that every day will be sunshine and sold units. It's the car business. We all know better.

But we can promise you this:

You'll know who you're working for. You'll have a voice. You'll have some fun. And you'll be part of a dealership that's hungry to win.

We're not trying to be the biggest dealership in Connecticut.

We're trying to build the one everybody wishes they worked at.

If you're already in the business and this sounds refreshing, let's talk.

And if you're currently employed somewhere else? We understand. Your conversation stays confidential.
