Previous Automotive Dealership, BDC experience, Internet sales, in a dealership is required. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude and are customer-focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

Who are we looking for?

Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience is required!

Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale

Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

Bonus on sold vehicles from your leads and follow up

Responsibilities and Duties

Set appointments for our customers to test drive vehicles.
Manage leads efficiently and generate additional opportunities.
Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, email and text.
Respond to all customer inquiries immediately.
Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
Log all communications accurately in our CRM.
Complete all assigned customer communication tasks daily.
Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we sell. (We will train you!)
Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent spoken and written/typed communication skills required
Strong mathematical competency to discuss vehicle pricing and fee information with customers that is given to you by management
Reasoning ability to carry out instructions given to you in writing or verbally to ensure accurate information is given to customers and communicated back to management
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Ability to thrive in a team environment while meeting personal daily goals
Communicate effectively with Sales Consultants and Sales Management Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
