Lum’s has an established foundation and a tremendous opportunity to continue growing its Fixed Operations business.

The right leader will be responsible for taking that foundation and building a consistent, highly productive, customer-focused service operation.

Strengthen scheduling and dispatching
Reduce WIP and production bottlenecks
Improve communication between Service, Parts, and Technicians
Identify missed opportunities and create systems to capture them
Create repeatable processes that allow the department to grow without sacrificing the customer experience

Own the Customer Experience

Our customers should know exactly what to expect when they visit Lum's.

You'll lead the team in creating an experience built around:

Trust. Communication. Transparency. Professionalism.

The goal isn't simply to sell more work.

It's to earn the customer's trust to take care of more of their vehicle.
